The Clients Challange
When our client DRMTLGY, a skincare brand first approached us they were spending majority of their Adwords budget on standard search campaigns which were made up of highly competitive, highly priced keywords.
Because of this strategy they were never able to generate any significant sales and overall it really slowed their growth. As they watched competitors do better and better each day they knew they needed to bring in experts to help them solve their Adwords problem.

How We Helped.
Once we got started the issue was easy to identify and after a small audit we were ready to implement a new strategy that used all Google placements to drive new customer acquisition, bring back repeat buyers and generate significant awareness & brand lift.
By launching Smart Shopping Campaigns we were able set a target ROAS(Return On Ad Spend) that allowed them to generate more sales, at a lower cost when compared to their search campaigns.
Looking further into the account we identified a massive loss of opportunity with no branded search campaigns running. We could see that their organic listings were only getting 15% of clicks when their brand was searched for. This means that competitors who were bidding on their brand name were reaping the benefits. After rolling out branded search campaigns we were able to increase the click through rate by 300% from 15% to 45%.
This campaign alone now generates $5000 to $10,000 a day at a 10x ROAS or higher.
We also developed YouTube campaigns that delivered video ads to high quality audiences. By setting up "Custom Intent" audiences we were able to deliver video ads to users who have searched highly relevant search terms to the brand and product. This works great because you can deliver your ads to these audiences at a fraction of the cost in a standard search campaign.
